AN AMAZING LOCAL COMPANY! I had multiple things done to my house last fall including a roof done. They found a bad board and replaced it.
Since the HAIL STORM they have done their best to address my damage! They are very kind, professional, and understanding. I would recommend them to everyone!

I am extremely happy with everything Northeast Indiana Roofing stands for. Honestly, integrity and does a great job. They gave me a time line and communicated regularly and was right on it! I just got my final bill and it is exactly what the quoted. My last experience was with Key Exteriors out of Fort Wayne and I am still bitter and distrustful. My roof leaked within months and they attempted to charge several thousands dollars on for extra items I proved they did not use. THANK YOU for giving me faith in service again!!!

Can not speak on the workmanship, but customer service is terrible. Called for a quote on a roof, and they wanted the insurance quote first. They said “they wanted to make sure insurance didn’t miss anything”. They never called me back to see why I didn’t send them the quote. How about you just do the quote and let the homeowner worry about the insurance.

NOT FREE QUOTES
Company was highly reccomended. Called and asked about getting a quote on roof repairs and was told the guy would come and give us a free quote. After he got there, he said he could quote me the repairs for free but a full replacement report would cost $100. I said I only wanted a quote for the repairs. He then did his evaluation of the roof and came back saying he would only do the full report for $100 and wouldn't quote me the cost for repairs as originally discussed.
Feels very deceiving. I did not move forward with the quote.

I am very happy with the recent roofing job done by Northeast Indiana Roofing! Hector explained the complete process in depth & even took pictures to show the work as it progressed. The crew was experienced & hard working and completed the project easily in one day. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
