Experienced my first ever Hercules training workout and it did not disappoint! It was a leg day and it was brutal but in all the best ways. My quads were shaking the entire workout, the sweat was dripping and the curse words were flowing, and I was still feeling that workout days later. I worked out with Zach who was very hands on, thorough in his explanations and the best motivator! He definitely gave me the Hercules training experience!

Derek and his program that he has built with Hercules nutrition and training is truly amazing. He makes dieting enjoyable. Losing weight and gaining muscles happens at incredible speeds. Ive personally lost 20+ pounds in just the few months ive been with him and it could have been more. Hes a great guy and a better coach.
