Due to a mistake on the employees’ part, I was told I would receive my completed board in the mail within a few weeks. That was April. It’s now June and I have not received the board, a refund, or any updates from the company, despite calling multiple times and even speaking with certain employees. I’m very disappointed, and I also lost $72 on this company. I would never suggest this company based on this situation, and I’m shocked by all the positive reviews. How has this only happened to one person? Still hoping for a refund.

I booked with my mom and sister and we all three really enjoyed it! Kelly was the lead instructor and she was so sweet and very helpful. It was only her second time leading and she did a fabulous job! All the girls were great too! It’s a fun activity that you’ll always remember with your project in your home. We will definitely be back!

Very awesome place. The staff working there were extremely helpful and polite. Even though the wrong stencil was given to me to put on and it put me behind a bit, they helped make it right and even were gracious while helping after everyone else was gone to aid in completing the item. Would definitely come back. There are so many items to be made.
