I ordered a prime rib dipper for DoorDash to deliver with a raspberry iced tea and a ranch dressing on the side. The bill came to $32 with a five dollar tip because I believe in taking care of good service.
The order was delivered. Five minutes later than suggested, the driver handed me a bag and ran off because he did not understand English. Once I was inside my hotel room, I learned there was no beverage and no ranch dressing. I took the cover off the Ajou sauce, and it was so ice cold that the Beef fat that was in the sauce coagulated onto the bottom of the top cover. There’s no way this was warm when the DoorDash driver picked it up. Gross. I ordered french fries too, and there was no ketchup packets in the bag.
I reached out to the DoorDash driver, but no response.How can a customer get a refund For undelivered items, to reduce the tip that was generously given and abused. And maybe even an apology for such poor food, quality and service that’s an extension of Applebee’s representation.

Never had complaints going to any Applebee's location. From the start to finish it was very welcoming, Rome was our server and truly elevated the experience. Truly admire his hospitality and skills that provided a excellent experience. Hope to visit again sometime soon!

I haven't been to Applebee's in about 15 years. I think I associated this place to a time when I didn't have much money. My hubby and I were pleasantly surprised that the food was crazy good. The drinks were large and the desserts were tasty. The garlic green beans were delicious! Ordered an extra side of them to go.
We went late on a Tuesday night so service wasn't an issue.

We were seated quickly and the service was good. The food was enjoyable, though I'd have preferred more shrimp on my chicken and shrimp since it only came with 5 or 6 pieces and I thought it'd include more based on the name. The fries and honey bbq boneless wings were decent too.

Needs Bigger Tv'z and more of them with the games on. This is a college football state? Bartender was great during week- however when I went in on Friday night not so much.Was asking me how to make drinks 🙃
