Alliance Exteriors did a sloppy job. I am not happy how they installed our windows. The window sills are very ugly. The overlaps of the window sills ( and around it) have different colors and not smooth, and the seal they put were rough and have cracked. I called them to fix the windows because they were crooked outside. They came, but it took time. Some of the screen windows won't stay up. It was terrible!! I compare my window sills with other windows ( my friends) and they are smooth, no overlapping, same color, and really looks done professional. I won't complain, if the cost is cheap. It is hard to clean the window sills because the dust will stick on the potty seal they put. Also, I tried to call them, but their phone doesn't ring. Sorry for this comment, but it broke my heart everytime I see my window sills.

Could not be happier with our experience with Alliance! They provided a free inspection (literally the next day after calling me) and explained what a good roof looks like (we absolutely did not have a good roof). Even when Chris provided a photo of a hole in our roof, I never felt like he was pressuring us to go with Alliance. We did end up using them and I still can’t get over the difference. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to educate us on appropriate roofing materials and how quickly they got the job done. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and were very professional. Highly recommend! (First photo is not the worst photo of our roof but the only one I had from beforehand. Second is the finished product. I never get tired of looking at it!)

We had another roofing company call us for a free estimate. I agreed since we needed a roof. Long story short they made three appointments to come, twice never showed up and once showed up an hour after the scheduled time and we had already left.
I called alliance and they came the first time and gave us a good quote. We had them put on our new roof and gutters. When I came home the first thing the foreman did was show me where they had hit our siding and it needed to be replaced. They came back to do the gutters and took care of the siding as well. They stood by their word. This coupled with the lifetime warranty is what sold us. We love the look of our new roof!

All of the people we worked with were very friendly, helpful and professional. We are very pleased with the workmanship. Our new roof looks great. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Angela was very good at her job...was a bit bumpy at first but Angela and Michael straightened it all out and I'm very happy with the results
