They did a great job on the roof but their service was what stood out. Josh helped my parents with their roof and was so helpful when my father passed away right before the job was scheduled. They were great about rescheduling and being so understanding and kind and also sent my mom flowers. Getting a roof done for a lot of people is stressful enough but adding in the loss of a loved one made it even more important that they were so good to work with. Thank you Josh and the rest of the team.

Great work on our roof, with the best price of three quotes we received. The crew completed the job in one day and project manager Chris was very helpful and available throughout the process for questions and information. We didn’t have to pay until work was completed and we were fully satisfied with the end result.

TruChoice came out fast after a hail storm swept through my area. Merv did a complete and thorough inspection of my home to make sure everything on my insurance scope of work was correct. Everyone that I have worked with from inside the office to out in the field has given superior customer service and the workmanship is superior as well. They have definitely went above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect on my home and I can't thank them enough. I honestly would recommend TruChoice to anyone that I know.

From beginning to end, true choice made the entire process easy and convenient. Meghan was responsive and ensured we got the best financing terms available to us. Josh checked in on us multiple times throughout the project to ensure we were happy and didn't leave the job site until we were absolutely satisfied with the job. David and his crew were respectful and outstanding in their field. They went above and beyond to treat our home with finesse and left the area clean enough that one would never suspect that we had our entire roof replaced. Highly recommend truechoice for any of your roofing/siding and other needs.

Outstanding company to work with! I had storm damage and no idea who to contact or what to expect. Mervyn did the initial inspection and was very patient with me. Justin was amazing to work with! He took the time to explain everything so that I knew what to expect, something my insurance company did not do. Josh was incredible! So helpful and responsive to my concerns. Megan in the office was always pleasant. The work was done quickly and the quality was good. But what really stood out is the customer service. Top notch company and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Also an honest company. A friend of mine had a roof inspection done by them and was told her roof was fine and had no damage. They did not try to take advantage of her or try to sell her something she didn't need. Highly recommend TruChoice!
