Two words. Never Again. The picture speaks for itself. This how this restaurant do their online customers??? Waste of 18 dollars smdh. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just make your own at this point. I had a better salad from Zianos. And it was a small, yet well put together. How you skimp on some damn leaves with all these trees??? What toddler made this? Lord help them because Hell will freeze over before I ever order from here again.

This was my first time at O'Charley's. The service was great and fast! The food was delicious. I had a sirloin and their famous Chicken Tenders, which I would highly recommend. Apparently, they also have free pie on Wednesdays. Unfortunately it was a Tuesday, but, Hey, We will be back!

Food was ok. I had the catfish dinner and it was slightly undercooked and breading could use a bit more flavor. The dinner rolls are exceptional really good. Atmosphere reminds me of a classic Irish pub green and kind of dark. Service was wonderful our server was very kind and on top of our needs.

The food was ok and would have thought more varieties. The atmosphere is drab like back in the 60s. I think this restaurant is going toward the senior crowd. Service was ok, notices staff setting around on their cellphones. It was free pie day. I got mine for free, but my daughter did not. My daughter is 6 years old. She didn't even get a scoop of ice cream option. Sad when kids' portions leave a 6 year still hungry when we left. Waitress was nice.

Food is hit and miss here. Had some great food but have also sent food back it was so bad. 3.5 would be the score if it were an option. We love all of the servers, they are fantastic and take great care of us, the kitchen though, well that's a different story.
We did a revisit and this time things were on point. The food was much better and there was an expanded menu. New items were ordered and we were all pretty impressed with them. I had the chicken tenders, and unfortunately they were like rubber. No, I did not send them back, I just didn't finish them. The other dishes were great though, no complaints. Bumping up a star, was to come back O'Charley's!
