Use to like it here. But they limited it to just one buffet line and it was very dirty. We were there for an hour with only 8 tables. None of the staff didn't even bother to clean it. Plus the tables felt sticky. The biggest thing was lots of scratches on the walls and some areas had holes in the walls.

Dear Flat Top owner and managers. Honestly, your restaurant is gross. The floor is sticky. The benches are stained with years of people's heads rubbing against the backrest. There are black rub marks. The food counter is very dirty. There is rice splattered against the wall, on the counter and floor. With that, people are pigs sometimes are don't give a consideration of the mess they make, but that give you no excuse to have a disgusting food counter. The unused back counter was dirty. The restrooms are gross, my wife told me the women's was filthy. In the seating area there are holes in the wall straight through the dry wall. The floor is not swept. We will no longer return. Your restaurant has seriously gone down hill. I give a higher rating for the food simply because I had a hand in making it.

It was overall a great experience! My party came in maybe an hour and a half before closing. They made accommodations without us asking them to for the children that we had. Including coloring books and loads of crayons. The food was great tasting it doesn't really matter what sauce you put in the bowl. The only thing I would change is that when you fill your bowl with the goodies I would have liked the option of a second bowl to avoid making a mess of things thus giving more selection options. Definitely Will be coming back again and asking about having two bowls for one order!

I really wanted to like it. The ambiance was great. Very locally focused.
Service… nope. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our food. It took 15 minutes to get drinks.
I was keeping an eye on the other tables and they were experiencing the same thing, so it wasn’t just a bad day for our server.
The food was pretty quick… my daughter was the only one to order a make your own bowl and she had no complaints except that it was spicier than she expected… which is on us since it was a build your own.
I ordered the lobster fried rice… which seemed to have more crab in it than lobster. Good seasoning… but burnt. Lots of burnt rice in it. I don’t mind a little carbon, but this was a lot of carbon. There was a ton of rice… I was able to make 3 meals out of it.
I can’t remember what my husband got… this was a few weeks back now. But he complained about it… it wasn’t enough, said it wasn’t good.
All in all $78 for two adults and two kids for this kind of quality and service isn’t a good deal at all.

Went in and was seated by a kid acting as host who didn’t make eye contact and we just assumed he meant for us to follow him because that’s normally how it goes.
Not busy at the time but numerous dirty tables and full mop bucket right in front of buffet line made us lose our appetite. We got up and left after about 10 seconds
