Stopped in for a quick bite before heading to the airport. Saw they had a CFS on the menu and had to get it. I’m a sucker for chicken fried steak. Overall it was a good stop. I’d recommend it if you haven’t tried it.

Food was ok, order jalapeño poppers, chicken n waffles, and breakfast platter. Jalapeño poppers were a 3, needed cheese in it, it taste a little weird, chicken n Waffles I give it a 6, breakfast platter a 7. Coffee n Orange juice was good. Fruits I order were fresh and yummy

I haven't been here since it became Joanna's. The service was decent. I asked for decaf as long as it was fresh. It was not. While ordering, I asked for bacon. The server asked if I wanted crispy, I said sure! I got charged $2.50 for crispy bacon. Didn't know it costs extra to cook bacon a little longer 🤷♀️

Wow❗ I've eating at Joanna's lots of times. Food and servers, GREAT‼️ The manager or the guy who seats people - seemed out of touch❗🙃. When it was time to pay, he was nowhere in sight .... Leaving 4 or 5 customers, standing, waiting, Just trying to pay for our food and leave. One new person scanned the QR code (by the register) and asked for the 8% discount. He looked at it and said you have the wrong location. I scanned a QR code and it showed the Jefferson Boulevard location. Still didn't get my 8% discount ⁉️ This is my first time having poor customer service at Joanne's🥺

We were rudely treated by the waitress Kelci and the male host that acted like we were ignorant idiots because of the misrepresentation of the menu. Their two biscuits and gravy meal, is actually one biscuit broken in half to make two pieces. However, the half order of biscuits and gravy comes with one whole biscuit not split into two pieces. When we asked about this to the waitress, she replied “I didn’t print the menu. You didn’t read the menu did you? That’s the way it comes.” And in no way at all did they try to rectify, compensate, or attend to our concerns. The very worst of it all is that they acknowledged that they knew it. As a matter fact, it was quite rude and belittling the way they said we could not read a menu. Highly unprofessional. And above all they were doing this in front of a new employee that was getting trained. Overall, the management and these two employees specifically at Joanna‘s on Jefferson are horrible and need to be retrained on professional etiquette. They need to take a look at their employees and their problems, HOWEVER!!! I will say the food tasted great. Kudos to the Cook!! Thank you. You might want to find a better place to work because they are killing your rep .
